All Dash & Albert rugs are shipped directly from the factory typically within one week. Larger wool hooked rugs require an additional $150 handling charge.

Returns: All rugs must be returned to the factory. Customer must pay for return shipping, plus a 15 percent restocking fee. Customers should also contact Red Barn Mercantile so that we can issue the appropriate refund once the returned item is received.

Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake should keep your rug in shipshape condition, though hooked area rugs may require occasional minor grooming to stay looking their best. From time to time, as a hooked rug settles, a stray loop of yarn may pop up. This is perfectly normal. Do not pull the loop; simply trim it with scissors. These wool micro-hooked area rugs naturally lose a bit of fuzz. This is natural, simply fetch a vacuum and groom away. For all wool rugs, we recommend professional cleaning only.
